I’m Jen! I am a 500 E-RYT Yoga Teacher, and beyond the mat, I am an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast. Whether it’s hiking
a challenging mountain, camping, or kayaking the river, being outside and getting physical activity is a source of rejuvenation for me.
For over 12 years, I’ve been actively involved in the social media and blogging space, primarily focusing on health, fitness, wellness,
and parenting. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses, recognizing the value they bring to our communities. By actively
engaging with and promoting local establishments, I aim to contribute to the growth and vitality of the places I call home. Creating a
sense of community is essential to me, as it fosters collaboration, understanding, and a shared sense of purpose.
About the Event
This event is a 3-night adventure retreat for women in Golden, B.C. From September 28th to October 1st, we will be exploring the Golden area
by hiking, walking the Golden skybridge, ziplining, axe throwing, and more. In the mornings and evenings, we focus on recovery via simple and non-denominal yoga and meditation practices. You can view all the information relating to the retreat here.
